About
Ariane Aubin, Occupational Therapist
With nearly 10 years of experience as an occupational therapist, Ariane has worked with diverse clientele in both mental and physical health. These experiences have enabled her to develop a holistic view of the person. Her approach is therefore based on the conviction that an individual is more than the sum of their disabilities, focusing on their strengths and aspirations to overcome obstacles. She supports people in developing resilience through connection to what matters to them.
Being herself of Dominican and Québécois heritage, Ariane has a particular interest in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and the reality of those newly arrived in Quebec. She offers a therapeutic space characterized by empathy, open-mindedness and compassion, where each person can feel welcomed, safe and free to be themselves.
Ariane founded Ergo Connexions with the desire to offer everyone the opportunity to connect with what is truly important to them through daily actions. Ergo Connexions represents reconnecting head and heart, body and mind, and self with others. It is through these connections that one can develop resilience.
